· A fully encompassed, 60” belt, 38 feet long transfer conveyor, able to handle 700 TPH at 350 FPM.

· A fully encompassed, 48” belt, 113’-6” long transfer conveyor, able to handle 700 TPH at 350 FPM.

All conveyors were fully encompassed with galvanized walkway, structural supports, idlers, motors, pulleys, receiving chutes, ladders, pull cords and stop switches. Vandergeest has further installed crusher support structures, and structural steel support for the customer’s 7’ x 20’ three deck screen, complete with platforms, walkways and stairs with hand rails, along with the customer supplied crushers and screens.
